it's thursday already

I took this picture today. Normally, we have nice and sunny weather here, in Nottingham, but today it was foggy and cloudy and it reminded me of those old movies about England. I am probably going to make a postcard out of this one day.

New year, new people, new adventures, new places to live. Yep, I am moving again! Not far away though, only an hour and a half from Nottingham, but still. It is quite sad and quite exciting at the same time. Sad to leave people and places behind, but exciting to meet and see new ones.
I spent Christmas with my boyfriend and his family at their house and met new year in Old Market Square, here in Nottingham. It was nice, but really weird  at the same time to be without my family and friends.
How was your New Year and Christmas? Any resolutions you made?
I started my resolutions about two months ago. I think if you want to make a change you have to start now and not wait for a new year (or mostly Monday) to come. For a long time now I wanted to become a vegetarian, so I did. I have never been a huge fan of meat and I never liked fish, so I think it kind of made things easy.. It's nice to know now and then that no one died to make you feel full.

I did a little bit of shopping, which actually didn't cost me a lot, since I got a giftcard from Topshop.
